Archive (delete) a job

/api/v1/jobs/:jobId

Soft delete. The job disappears from list and lookup, run submits can no longer reference it, and its position_id becomes free for reuse. Past runs that referenced the job are unaffected (they carry their own content snapshot).

Authenticated but missing the cvdeepmatch / cvdeepsearch permission.

NOT_FOUND — no active job with this id for your client. Also returned for archived jobs and cross-tenant ids (no existence leak).
